Harry Manasewich, Co-Chair of the ACR Environment and Public Policy Sector, is the Founder and Senior Mediator of Human Factor Dispute Resolutions in Arlington, MA. His extensive experience spans 24 years in the private and public sectors as a mediator, facilitator, dispute resolution system designer, conflict coach and trainer. His company handles a wide range of issues and specializes in environmental, public policy, employment, and family issues. Cases have ranged from 2 party divorce cases, to environmental justice dialogues, to complex hazardous waste cleanups involving over 50 parties. He held the position of Government Programs Coordinator for the Commonwealth of MA Office of Dispute Resolution, where among his many duties, he was in charge of resolving all environmental, government and public disputes.
